In my shop, when an item is added to the cart, then you go to the ‘view cart’ page, it shows all shipping classes for every item. I want it to show only the one that belongs to that item! I put only the correct one in the Product Data/Shipping spot.

Why does it show all of them and how do I get rid of all but the correct one?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • It sounds like you might have added a shipping method for each shipping class, but you actually only need to add one shipping method, Flat Rate, and define the shipping cost for each class in there.
If you can’t get it to work can you post a screenshot of your Flat Rate settings?

Thank-you! Yes, it sounds like that’s the problem. Here’s a screen shot. How do I fix it?

Okay, I got it now! Thank-you!

Cool! Took another look and see the correct flat rate showing now! ??

(If needed next time, you can upload a screenshot on a file sharing service and share the link here)

Thanks again! Now my customers won’t be so confused (and neither will I). ??
