RSS Feed Not Updating; Automatic RSS Newsletter Not Sending

My blog has been working well for almost a year now with sending out automatic RSS newsletters every morning at 7:00 AM following a new post. I use MailChimp to send my newsletters. However, recently, the newsletter stopped sending because my RSS feed wasn’t updating when I published a new post. I contacted MailChimp and they weren’t able to find any issues on their side. It looks like there is a problem with the RSS feed updating in time for the automatic newsletter to recognize that a new feed was posted. My most recent post was published at 3:00 AM and MailChimp was scheduled to send out an automatic newsletter at 7:00 AM, but it never sent. Apparently, even though the post was published at 3:00, the RSS feed didn’t update for another several hours and it missed my automatic newsletter. Is there a way to ensure my RSS feed is updated in a timely manner so that my newsletter gets sent out and RSS Readers such as BlogLovin are updated.
