Unable to Activate plugin

    I am unable to activate the plugin, when i click activate the page refreshes as normal but the plugin is still not activated.
    version of plugin is 1.3.6

    Hi @wexfordboy

    Please make sure that both WP All Import and WooCommerce are active plugins on your site – if they aren’t, then activating the WooCommerce import add-on would not work. If they are both active, and it’s still failing, can you please show us a screenshot of any error that shows on the page whenever you try to activate it?

    yes woo commerce is active, ive installed wp all import but it will not activate, im not getting any error messages it just does not activate.
