  • Hello Amir,

Could you also share your Optimus plugin settings?

I tried to reproduce this with your picture without luck. (Same file, same file name)
Could you check your web server and WordPress debug (if available) logs to see if there are any error messages in there?

You can also get in touch with us here: https://www.keycdn.com/contacts

    Cheers!

    Hello Amir,

That message points to a simple filesize($filename) operation that shouldn’t be a problem. I used the same file and filename and wasn’t able to reproduce this.

(However, my WordPress stripped away the leading dash on upload but I also couldn’t reproduce this with a small snippet running the same operation on the exact same filename)

So this seems to be something unique to your system and I’m afraid we can’t really help all too much with that. If you want to talk to us more about this and maybe get a refund as well, please contact us directly.

    Cheers!
