    Hi,

    I’ve just tested the plugin but it doesn’t work as expected.

    From what I could gather on the description, the plugin obtains the information from the checkout page even if it’s an unknown customer and they’ve just filled in their contact information.

    I’ve filled in the information on the checkout page and left the page, but I don’t see the abandoned basket information on the backed.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    I have abandoned a cart as a guest user for testing purpose.

    Our plugin captures abandoned cart of logged-in user and guest user (non logged-in user). Cart is declared as the abandoned once set time for setting “Cart abandoned cut-off time” is reached, and the same cart is displayed as the abandoned under the “Abandoned Orders” tab of our plugin.

    For logged-in users, carts are tracked from the time when they add the first product to their cart. However, guest user carts are tracked after the user enters the email address on the Checkout Page.

    Please let me know whether my cart is displayed under Abandoned Orders tab after cart abandoned cut off time.

    If it doesn’s showing under Abandoned Orders tab then can you please post your query on our plugin’s forum page? So we can more communicate on it.
