Nesting themes?
-
I am using WordPress 2.7. My question has to do with nesting themes… If that is even the proper terminology.
What I am trying to do is have a theme that the ‘majority’ of my site runs off of. But for 3 pages in particular, I would like it to have (generally) the same look, just with different colors (and a different header). I’ve loaded 4 themes…3 of them are in the main theme folder. See the site here.
I created each theme using Artiseer. It seems I can get it to work, to a point. Using Firefox, everything looks good (except at the very top of Room B and Room C, I get a line). In Internet Explorer, it throws the whole thing to the left for Room B and Room C. It seems I can only get 2 themes to work…
Does anyone know if this is even supposed to be possible, or is there anywhere on the wordpress site that talks specifically about this? I’m pullin my hair out trying to figure this out. I wish I had the time to learn PHP and CSS…it would make a huge difference here.
Thank you. ??
