multi choice field name / value

    I have a form where submiters can choose from almost 100 options, each a longs statement, is there a way to have the front end display the statement but the exported csv just list a numerical tag ie Q1, Q2 etc?

    Thanks for posting your question!

    This is possible to achieve the following way. By default, Multiple Choice, Single Choice and Select fields do not allow editing the value of each option you add. The same text as the option is set to be the value.

    However, if you mark Enable option’s value setting in Advanced Options of each field, you will be able to edit the option values and write Q1, Q2, etc.

    These values will be saved in submissions, and therefore will appear in the CSV this way as well.
