Adding an ajax lightbox that displays PHP pages

I was wondering if anyone knows of an ajax script that would allow me to add a lightbox to my page that could open and display .php pages.
The pages would include: images, text, and database calls.

Or if anyone knows of a better way to do this. please let me know.
