No more support?

It seems support has gone. The plugin has a lot of issues. it generated in just a couple of days over 150,000 cached files with 40 GB!!

It appears to be that way…even the twitter and facebook pages for jch have been inactive since late 2016. I just purchased the pro version (although for Joomla), and there has been no response for at least 2 days. Their website docs have not even been updated as screenshots do not match the current version. Starting to rethink about the purchase.

As for the free one here relating to WP, I hope your issue gets solved, but looks like support might be non-existent as well.

Suddenly got a notice that JCH is still alive ??

Do not download the new version 2.2.0 from https://www.jch-optimize.net/my-account/my-downloads.html

This is no pro version! It’s just the standard version and you have to upgrade again, means you have to pay although your license is still valid – it’s piss-take!

One has to know how to configure the plugin to work properly. If the cache grew up to 40 GiB in just a couple of days you’re doing something wrong.

Because I see no difference with pingdom. As a matter of fact the more I try to configure, the worse it is…. in fact, deinstalling the plugin reduced loading time by 0.5 sec compared to the best configuration.
