I have been happily using SVG Support since about a year. Has been running smoothly, but recently I tried to upload a new .svg file, the media manager fails with “HTTP Error”. The file is abt 12 kByte in size.

I am WordPress 4.8.2 and SVG Support 2.3.11. No other changes (that I am aware of).

    Please advise,
    thanks.

    Hey,

Sounds like either you have a theme or another plugin messing with the mime types as well, or the SVG file itself is no good.

Feel free to shoot me the SVG file to test.

Also, if you can deactivate all other plugins and revert to twentyseventeen theme, then try. That will tell you if it’s something conflicting or not.

    Let me know

Thanks. Will try. Meanwhile, the SVG file is

That was interesting. Disabled all plugins except a few to enforce roles. Changed the theme to Twenty Seventeen. Success.
Returned to Atahualpa 3.7.2 theme. Success.
Enabled the plugins in batches of 4. Success all the way up to the last plugin.
Puzzled, but happy I can import the .svg files again.

    thanks,

    My pleasure.
Let me know which plugin so I can see myself what the conflict is and if there’s anything I can do to support it.

And thank you for using my plugin!
I really appreciate that you chose SVG Support ??
