Adjust top margin in right sidebar

Is there any way I can adjust the top margen on the right sidebar, https://freyachalotte.dk/blog/ so it will be showing the name of the first widget, and be level with the post.

Also how do I change the font style and color so it matches the post page, right sidebar: https://freyachalotte.dk/freyas_blog/

It seems that the font and size are not the same
