how do i change wordpress email

I have woocommerce installed and have low product stock notices come to my email “[email protected]”. The low product emails are coming from “[email protected]” I cannot figure how to update my email address for those particular emails. I have changed to my new address everywhere else on my dashboard and within woocommerce. So I am assuming this is somewhere within wordpress but have no idea where.

How do I change my email address for emails that come from wordpress.

I did not set up my site somebody else did a long time ago but I have been able to update and work on it since.
