    2 questions:

    A) Hi one of my sites keeps getting infected with PHP malware. Is there a way to have this thing run on intervals so that my hosting provider doesn’t keep shutting me down if an infection occurs when I am not watching?

Registering is not an issue but is there a scheduling feature and if not is there a way to have cron spawn a scan/fix session?

    B) if I register but my sites all use different notification emails, how can they all be registered if not using same email address or paypal email address?

    Thanks,
    Tom

You can enter any email address that you want into the registration form so that all your sites are registered under one account. You can also transfer your registrations after the fact if you have accidentally registered under a different email. I am sorry but there is currently no way to schedule a scan, I am working on that feature but it is not an easy feat.

No way to send a command line with parameters to the plugin via cron?

    Something like 0/15 * * * /call/plugin -scan -fix

That’s right, there is no way to send a command line with parameters to the plugin. Currently the plugin requires a browser interface to initiate and complete the scan process. As I said, I am working on a way to run scheduled scans but it’s complicated and it will take some time for me to make the necessary changes to the scanner’s infrastructure so that it would be compatible with such a feature.
