Also, I like the “cloud-city” but if you check now the titles (days, hours …) are too dark, I want them to be white and be separate one to each other.

you can adjust the CSS to fit your needs.

You can also use a style that has a larger size:

[tminus t="17-10-2017 08:00:00" style="cloud-city"/]

“darth” is lowercase. Pay closer attention to how the styles are spelled.

[tminus t="17-10-2017 08:00:00" style="darth"/]

The dash titles can be changed with css:

.cloud-city-dash_title {
   color: #ffffff;
}

The units can be given more space, also using css:

.cloud-city-dash {
    margin-left: 5%;
}
