Woocommerce Site Speed -Plugins break website

Here is my Google Pagespeed results:
I have been trying to resolve some of the speed issues on my site but every time I do something breaks.
I am not a dev so Javascript and css dont’t mean a lot to me I have just fumbled around with plugins.I would really appreciate if someone could give me some step by step instructions or some sort of help on the steps that I should take to fix these issues.
I would really like to learn a bit more about what I should be doing.
