Can’t send test mail

  • Hi,
    This issue is driving me crazy… the situation is as follows:

    1. WordPress website is installed in a subdomain : intern.website.com

    2. Mails send from the subdomain are received by [email protected] but NOT by [email protected]

    3. I installed a plugin Easy WP SMTP

    4. Settings like username and password are correct, port 465

    5. I keep getting errors like this:
