multilanguage must be improved

Hi there

Definitely you refresh nicely the old previous plugin from Satollo. You did a good job and is doing what is supposed to do.

I’m still wondering why wordpress did not add to the core this, as also the feature to receive a confirmation email when comments is hold in moderation.
I consider essential for a blog this two features.

Beside that you still have to improve the multilanguage capability, I’m not able at the moment to translate the phrase near the checkbox.
I made a .po file but no way to make wpml works with that.
I will hardcode the plugin but is not a nice way.
