Make Post Title and Publish sticky on scroll

It would be great for people with the memory of a fish to have the Post/ Product title along with the Publish box turn into a sticky menu when scrolling. When you have a lot of plugins or page options and your scroll down I sometimes forget what I’m working on and have to scroll back up to look at the title. This especially happens when working on products, but could be useful for all post types. Also when changes are made to be able to save without scrolling up to click update.
