Picture Uploading and Resizing Plugin?

  • I’m looking for a plugin that allows a direct picture upload while creating a new entry including resizing and linking (thumbnail, picture resized to a width that is appropriate for the theme in use, full size picture). Is such a plugin already available?

    I too am looking for something along these lines. I have been trying to find out/setup image uploading, but have been running into snags. There don’t seem to be clear explanations of how to enable uploading of files. I’ve added the “image browser” but it seems to need to have the uploads to already be there.
    Additionally, I’d love to eventually have people be able to upload images directly when creating posts.

    D’oh! Got it working, somehow I’d overlooked the Options–>Misc settings window. And didn’t really see it anywhere clearly explained to go there. At any rate, I’d still love a slightly more integrated way of adding pictures w/ posts.
