Zanox banners not showing up

    Hello. I have just discovered Ad Inserter and really like the way it works. However, I have noticed that the banners of the Zanox affiliate programme do not show up. I have tried both with Zanox single banners and media containers.

    It is not the first time I have problems with Zanox banners, therefore I know this is not an Ad Inserter bug, but I’m wondering if you are aware of this issue and/or if there is a way to try and fix it. Thanks.

    from your description it seems this has nothing to do with the plugin.
    Here are some general advices for such problem:

    Check also error messages in the Javascript console in the browser.

    Thanks Igor. I apologize for the few details provided. My website is still under construction and right now I was just wondering if this is a known issue with Zanox ad code, that did not work properly with other ads management plugins as well. I’ll try to follow your general advices and will get in touch again with more info if I’m still clueless.

    Hello again Igor. I just wanted to let you know that after checking your advices and “playing” a little bit with Ad Inserter settings eventually I managed to have all the banners showing up, including the Zanox ones.

    I’m still getting used to the Ad Inserter interface, but I see a lot of potential and just bought a license. The next step is learning how to make Ad Inserter work with custom posts types, in order to have different banners to show up in different product categories.
