Page settings – show only top menu

Hi!

Please,
Need add setting “show only top menu” (Page settings).
And need Full Width = padding: 0px 0px;

Now I use this code:

}

    padding: 0px 0px;
}
</style>

This code works, but it’s not convenient for every page (Landing page) to add this code.
