Disqus comments with no plugin

I need help with the variables that Disqus is asking for… I really have not idea how to code it right. So far the only var that I have pot on it, is the_permalink() and I’m not even sure if that where I’m supposed to put it.
Is not like I need it, I mean the comments are shown and they are displayed according to the current page/post in which the user is currently in. I’m doing it, just because is recommend it. Thanks.
