How do I enter Database info in WP Duplicator?

    I created a package with WP Duplicator and uploaded it to my new server. I browsed to installer.php and the validation succeeds. (Screenshot here.)

    But the problem is this: I expect to see fields to allow me to specify the new database.

    If I ignore that fact and go ahead, Duplicator gives me “Status: Internal Server Error” which of course makes sense — it doesn’t know how to find the database.

    How do I restore this package into my new WordPress host?
