Varnish purging either through using “Purge all Cache” link in the top breeze menu bar in admin, or via using the ‘Purge’ button in the varnish tab in the settings pages does not purge the varnish cache.

Only by going to the cloudways platform and manually purging the varnish cache does it seem to properly purge.

    Hi @pthomson87
The answer to your question is really simple .The option of “Purge all Cache” is for Breeze and the purge button in the varnish setting is for the application. I hope this answer your question. In case of any other question I am here to help you.

Surely as varnish is a cache, it makes sense that “purge ALL” actually purges ALL caches?

I was expecting “Purge All Caches” alongside the “support for Varnish cache” to mean that the option would clear the Varnish cache.

If it does not, as Adeel suggests, then what does “support for Varnish cache” actually mean?
