Unable to Apply against Job

Unable to apply against the job, i have tested demo provided on the plugins home page, there i apply against the job for testing purpose but face the same issue.

after applying the word SUBMITTING…..
displayed but not proceeding to the next step.
Same is the issue i faced on my website.
