Writing a list of cookies _wpfuuid

Hello

I have worked out what cookies my WP.org site sets and found descriptions of all of them except one for my privacy and cookie policy.
Does anyone know what
_wpfuuid

does?

I am assuming it is a wordpress cookie, is it only set when someone logs into the site?
