  • Hi there

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Please confirm if you have any Mobile Optimization plugins installed on the site that cause the site to behave differently when viewing the page on a mobile device?

@jarryd-long No, I don’t have any mobile optimization plugins. Should I, and if so, are there any you recommend?

Edit: I have Jetpack (the free version), is that a mobile optimization plugin?

Also, I should add, that when I’m in the back end of WordPress editing my pages, the map doesn’t even show up in the “small devices” parts that I have made. It still shows up in the “large and medium devices” parts though…

    Hi there

You won’t need to install a Mobile Optimization plugin as it appears your theme may be doing this already. JetPack also shouldn’t be affecting the plugin in this case.

As a result of this, it looks like the map’s element is trying to be loaded twice on the page – unfortunately our plugin doesn’t allow the same map to load on the same page more than once.

Please try switching your theme to a WordPress theme that is shipped with WordPress and let me know if the issue persists, so that we can narrow the issue down to a plugin or theme on the site?
