Extra theme Star Rating don’t work with UM

    Hi

    First, a lot of congrats for your plugin, have a lot of extras for my web community site.

    So, now an issue or conflict.

    I have Extra theme from Elegant themes installed. When I activated Ultimate Member, Star rating system for post don’t work. Do you know what is the problem?

    I attach images with UM plugin deactivated and activated…

    Hi @japemo,

    We have investigated your issue and found out that the issue is caused by a third party plugin jquery raty (used by the theme). It’s some jquery conflict, to be exact find this line inside the following file (inside your theme) Extra->scripts->ext->jquery.raty.min.js

    _class=”rating-star rating-star-“+i;icon=this.opt.path+this.opt[icon],$(““,{src:icon,alt:i,title:title,”class”:_class})

    So basically the classes of the rating star images are not updating because of jquery fail.

    Please contact your theme developer with this information and ask them to fix it, we do not provide any support for third party plugins.

    Thanks for read and investigated this issue.

    If is of third party plugin, I ask, how is posible that when I have activated UM plugin the stars are missing and when UM is deactivated star are present and works fine? I dont know programs and developers, I ask only for know..
