“Mailpoet” voice don’t appears on Shop manager menu

I used mailpoet newsletter 2 and I let shop manager use the mailpoet newsletter to send periodic newsletters to customer.

I’m now using the version 3, but the “mailpoet” menu voice on the left of the screen simply doesn’t appear with mailpoet 3. Why?
