I purchased the upgrade to your plugin almost an hour ago and I do not see anything indicating I have access to a download or licensing. There should be an automatic download link or account page setup upon purchase. When people purchase items like this they usually don’t have time to wait around for access and want to know they can move forward, not worry that there is a problem. I highly suggest you change this process quickly or you will see more disappointing reviews.

Thanks for letting me know and for marking this support ticket as resolved.

Also, I thought I’d let you know I’m getting closer to working out what is going on from FastSpring regarding purchases via PayPal. It seems to do with the license generation script, which is causing the hour or so delay between purchasing and receiving the license key and fulfilment emails.
