How to eliminate saving of row more then once?

    If I push SEND button in CF7 form more then once before confirmation message “Your message was recieved succssesful.”, NS GS Connector save fields from form in more rows then one. Finallz I have 2 or more duplicate rows. Exist some workaround to figure out this unplessant effect? Thanks.

    Hi There,

    If the send button is pressed multiple times and the data is sent more than once, the outcome will be multiple entries in your sheet since the logic states that if there is data being sent that matches the Google Sheets Connectory settings, then that data will be passed along to the Google Sheet.

    This will be the case for any form that would press the submit button more than once in a given timeframe.

    The workaround would be not to press the submit button multiple times in a row ??

    Really “valuable” advice, thanks.,,
    …but all site visitors aren’t so experienced. If they click on button SUBMIT they expect immediate response. But NS GS plugin “working” about 3-5 seconds without any message so visitor click twice, 3x, 4x, …. They are confused.

    We have to look for another solution if you haven’t else suggestion how to figure out this issue.

    Just to clarify, NS Google Sheets Connector has NO control over the functionality of the Contact Form 7 Submit button. If you are experiencing issue with the functionality of the form, please contact Contact Form 7 support.
