Jetpack and the Event Calendar Pro

  • We have a staging site for development of our website. https://6a6.b2d.myftpupload.com/
    we loaded Jetpack and activated. We have found a problem that it conflicts with the Event Calendar Pro. We had a lot of customisations (from an article from TEC) for showing upcoming events horizontally. These disappeared when we uploaded the jetpack plugin.

    This looks to have caused us to redo a lot of work on our site sadly to try and get the event displays back. I want to reactivate Jetpack but not sure now if its safe to do so !!!

  • There can be a conflict with other plugin also. Try to leave on your staging site both Jetpack and Calender enabled and start to disable other plugins one by one. And maybe you will find which plugin is in conflict with two of yours.
    Also I faced a problem when I thought that two plugins were in the conflict, but it appeared that the problem was in a theme. So, try to use standard theme also.
    When you troubleshoot this issue more detailed, you can write to the Jetpack support and describe them your problem.
