I see that you have some sort of JavaScript Minify on your site.
What happens when you disable JavaScript minification?

i disabled all plugins (autoptimise – Hummingbird – wpsmush – wp super cache) and it doesn’t works anyway.

Any idea about how to fix it ? ??

Do you have the latest version of Slide Anything – version 2.0.11?

    Hi,

yes i download it 3 days ago and i checked, it’s 2.0.11 version

I am having the same problem. I have tried flushing the cache and disabling the Caching plugin. Still nothing shows, even the slider shortcode doesn’t show on the page.

I can see the slides when I preview from the backend.

Let me know if there’s a solution please.

Same here.. would like to see an answer

Its difficult to investigate this, because when I ‘view source’ on this link:
    https://akord64.fr/association-akord-64/
The code is minified and is unreadable.

Also to investigate I will probably need a WP DashBoard login. I all likelyhood there is a clash with another plugin or the theme.

Also, please try upgrading to version 2.0.12, which I have just released today.

    Hi,

the new version doesn’t change anything. I tried the Hummingbird option “see the page unminified” and there is no result. The slider is still not displayed.

If you can give me your email adress, I will send you an admin WP login. Then you could see more things about what doesn’t work.

    Hi spacecake64.

Please send me an email using the contact form on my EdgeWebPages.com website:
    https://edgewebpages.com

And then I can have a look over the weekend.

    Hello Simon,

I just updated a site on WAMP to ver. 2.0.12 and found the slider had disappeared. I thought it was from the update so reverted to 2.0.11, but same issue. I then updated the live site to 2.0.12 (same content) with no problems, so not the update to 2.0.12.

Recently moved to PHP 7.0 from 5.6, so tried moving back, but no luck.

Will await further developments. In the meantime, is ver. 2.0.10 available?

I did the update but the slider still doesn’t show.

Hi spacecake64, thanks for providing me with a login to your site. I have been digging into your problem.

Now, I noticed that NO JQUERY was being loaded on your site.
WordPress comes with JQuery built-in, and it is required for WordPress to function properly, and may plugins use jQuery (including Slide Anything).

You can determine where JQuery is loading by viewing the source of your page and searching for ‘jquery.min’ – you should find the jQuery script loading line, which you can click on to view the jquery code.

Now the reason jQuery in not loading on your site is because of the ‘Autoptimise’ plugin. In this plugin’s settings I have now unchecked the ‘Optimize JavaScript code?’ checkbox. jQuery is now loading on your sity, and your SA slider is now displaying:
    https://akord64.fr/association-akord-64/

My issues have all cleared up, after going back to ver. 2.0.12, deactivating and activating.
