Renewal via upload

Hello

Im looking for a membership plugin that can help with employees. I have a number of self employed workers that require insurance uploaded at different times of the year (Once a year per employee)

Can this plugin renew membership by uploading this insurance certificate on a yearly basis with reminders sent close to the time? I do not require a paid subscription just the upload.
