description is not working in the form

  • Hi @bdtmurcia,

    It could be a conflict with other plugin or theme, please deactivate all recently installed plugins and try to use WP Support Plus, again activate those one after another to detect which only making WP Support Plus non-functional. Also recheck the issue by changing the theme.
