Constantly Logged Out

    Hi

    I enabled the Force User Logout option and now I am getting logged out with every action I take. If I click on new post — logged out – click on dashboard — logged out.

    Any little thing I do I get logged out. I can’t even disable the option because I get logged out when I click the save button.

    How do I fix this?

    Hi, do you have a cache plugin?

    To disable the plugin, you need to FTP into your server and rename the plugin folder. Then log in and while you are logged in rename the plugin folder back to its original name.

    After the above you should be able to troubleshoot your issue. Can you carry out the following test.

    Disable all of your other plugins except this one. If this plugin is not enabled, make sure you enable the plugin. Then carry out a test.

    I encountered the exact same behavior of this plugin! And I only have two other plugins active which are Thrive leads and Thrive Arhitect.
    Rename the folder of this plugin does not make this problem go away.
    Disable ALL plugins doesn’t help either. This is very annoying!

    This is obviously a bug of this plugin. Please fix!
