page translation in a sub window

Hello!

Need some help, is there available any plugin or the way to implement page translation in a sub window. So basically when a user on my WordPress page clicks on a link which leads him to another page with a different language and in a window will be an option to translate that page or it will translate it automatically. Basically, the way the translation works in chrome browser.

Any help will be really appreciated, tried to find my self any available information about it but without luck.
