• Hello,

When we submit the lead generation contact form it saw the following error “Failed to connect to Salesforce.com.”
This is our site url “https://sandiegocrm.com/contact/”
And i also have checked with the enabling WordPress Debug mode but still can not find any proper error.
So please help up us to working the form correctly and we can get lead into our Salesforce crm.

    Thanks

  • I’m having the same issue. Was working fine before and now “Failed to connect to SalesForce.com”

99% of there time this is below the level of WordPress or the plugin — as in it’s an out of date cURL or OpenSSL component on your server.

Eliminating the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict is the first step.

Using WP_DEBUG may yield some clues (if so, please share the debug output).

If you want me to troubleshoot your server directly, that falls under paid support.

I had the updated plug-in and check the endpoint URLs and it was correctly pointed, but still not working. So I’ve deactivated the plug-in and am now using HTML version of forms generated by SalesForce interface. Not as elegant as the plug-in but all 3 forms work now. Thank you anyway.

Watch out for spammers grabbing your OrgID and spamming your web to lead api…

Sorry you couldn’t get it to work, but as I said above, it’s almost always a hosting issue… using the Salesforce form HTML takes your server out of the loop…
