Gallery page keeps scrolling to middle of page

I made a gallery with your plugin and everything seemed fine until I tried scrolling down the page. It doesn’t want to let me go past halfway and when I force it down by the sidebar slider it just pops right back up to about halfway. Any Help Greatly Appreciated
