The plugin crashed my website

    Hello There,
    I have checked your plugin reviews and I was very optimistic about trying it out, with high hopes to get my app launched to the store in a couple of weeks. The moment I activated your plugin my whole website crashed, and I couldn’t even access my WordPress admin panel. I had to manually remove the plugin via FTP to get my website back up again. Are there any known issues with your plugin conflicting with specific themes or plugins? I am using press customizr theme, and have a bunch of plugins installed, some of which I am willing to remove for the sake of launching the app. Would you please help and let me know if there is anything I need to take into consideration before installing your plugin? Thanks!

    Sorry about the issue, it might be because of some plugin or your server(php version etc.)

    can you check your logs and share the error message you see in the logs?

    we think it might be because of an issue with php version compatibility in our code, which we fixed in latest plugin update, please try version 10.05 and let us know if your issue is fixed or not

    I am having this same issue. I updated to php 7.1 and same issue happening.

    So…does disabling XML-RPC have any impact on the plugin?
