User (customer) not registered

    Hello,

    I have the following problem.

    Affiliate can register and generate affiliete link. If customer use this affiliate link he can buy a product and the affilite gets his provision BUT:

    the customer is not registered as a new wordpress user!!! So the customer did not get username and password!

    I use woocommerce.

    Please help.

    Hi,

    thank you for your answer. I have installed WP Affiliate Manager pluging and Woocommerce. Nothing else. And customer is not registered:( Actually only Affilate is registered as new wordpress user:(

    I would like to also state that the customer user is not created (registered). The email to customer (username and password) are not sent.

    Hi, are the customers signing up via WooCommerce or via Affiliate Manager?

    Hello,
    when the customer purchase my products he will get username and password. So he is signed up via Woocommerce/worpdess.

    @marbadik, WooCommerce doesn’t create a WordPress user account for the customer unless Create an account? is checked at checkout.
