Dynamic post title in bootstrap modal form

I want to send the title like form submitted from “post title ” in message box to the admin.it works but i’ve custom post which are listed in that page . if i click download it takes only first post’s title .

i given as [dynamichidden downloadtitle “CF7_get_post_var key=’title'”] but it takes first post title only in bootstrap modal form even if i click second post’s download button.
