possible to have tag groups with catigories

I have videos and articles on my website. I have tagged all of them and set up groups. But article and videos share some same tags.

tag Example video tag might be: wind, fire, rain. Article tag: wind, fire, rain

But I have parent categories “Video” “Articles” Then sub categories for different types.

Anyway to get group tag search results to be wind(tag)+article(category)

or do I have to re-tag all of video’s tag to something like video_wind (tag)
