Generous and Great Customer Service

  • I have so much praise for CaptainForm! We were quickly setting up a website in the wake of Hurricane Harvey to help volunteers in our community connect with those needing assistance in cleanup and rebuilding.

    As the world has seen, this hurricane has devastated Houston and hundreds of thousand of Houstonians. The amount of people we expect to sign up on both ends will be in the thousand and since we are all volunteers coordinating this we needed a form system that would help us streamline the communications process.

    After a quick chat with CaptainForm they generously upgraded us to the Hero package so that we can better streamline our communications!! We are so grateful and their program has sincerely helped us!!
