This is not a priority by any means, just something to think about.

In my full calendar events format setting I was using a shortcode for a content block so I could add some standard html (add to ical and gcal links) that I use throughout the site and want to look the same. However, I have discovered that thoughthe shortcode appears when i load the calendar, if I move to a different month, the shortcode is no longer being processed and the links are missing. The natural workaround is to not use the shortcode, and I have just put the actual html in the field. That works, but it would be nice to be able to use a shortcode in the field. The same shortcode works in templates and widgets without problem.

Some demo (where it doesn’t work) would be nice (I checked the code and can’t immediately find why this wouldn’t work).

Just tested it here: shortcodes continue to work as expected when switching months …

Hmm. it must be a plugin conflict or an error on my side. on my development server it started working after I deleted some plugins (which?? ahhhh…). IN any event I removed the shortcode in an effort to reduce database queries…sorry for the false alarm. thanks for the reply.
