• On a computer, when someone tries to submit an offer, it takes over a minute for the form to go through. And when it finally does go through, it gives this error message: “Error: There was an error sending your offer, please try again. If this problem persists, please contact us”.

    When submitting on an android phone, it still takes over a minute, but when it finally submits, it refreshes to a blank white screen.

    Aside from that, all the functionality works. I receive the offer in the dashboard, the emails go out to the admin and the customer and they can pay for the item at the new price.

    I just don’t want to lose them with the form taking too long and it saying that there was an error. I am on a huge deadline with this. I sent a support ticket already.

    Update:

    I have deactivated all of my plugins except for “Offers for Woocommerce” and “Woocommerce”

    These same issues persist.

    I then tried activating all of the plugins and deactivating my theme.

    The same issues persist.

    It isn’t until I deactivate all plugins and my theme that the form finally submits without the error message and says that the offer was submitted. However, it stills takes over a minute to go through with everything deactivated. (I have had my hosting IT take a look at it and he says the speed is due to the plugin)

    Hi,

    I’m sorry for the delay responding here. This is not something we are getting other reports of, and we aren’t seeing it on any of our own test or live sites either. There must be something unique going on there.

    When you disabled plugins and switched to a basic theme did you make sure to clear any caching / CDN tools? Those can interfere when making changes to test things and troubleshoot.
