I installed Memphis Docs recently, and today went to upload my first document. I could not get a pdf document to upload, and the file description text box does not allow me to locate a cursor inside the field or enter any data.

I ran the server compatibility test, and it worked, showing all check marks.

What’s the next step in troubleshooting this plugin?

  • A lot of times, it’s a compatibility issue with another plugin. The server compatibility test doesn’t tell the whole story. Deactivate/reactivate plugins to see if any are causing the issue. Check your caching plugin, too, as this was an issue for me recently.

I’m not currently using a caching plugin, so I guess that’s off the table. I’ll have to poke at the other plugins later when I have some time. Otherwise, I’ll just have to ditch the plugin and try something else…

you can also try to disable bootstrap from mDocs > Options > Settings > Bootstrap – Dashboard .

    that may solve your problem.
