    Hi,

Thank you for this great plugin.

We are having issues with a number of brute-force login attempts. We have enabled Login Lockdown, set the max attempts to 3 and set the time length of lockout to 5 minutes. However the feature does not seem to be working. We are getting a great number of repeated attempts. I have viewed our server logs and I can see a single IP address attempting to login 4 times in less than a minute and they are still not getting locked out as I can see them attempt to login again 30 seconds later.

    Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

    Disable Pingback Functionality From XMLRPC:

They are located under WP Security -> Firewall -> Basic Firewall Rules.

    No I don’t.

Would you like for me to enable them?

Hi, you only need to enable one of them. Not both.

Also, have you enabled Rename Login Page under Brute Force tab?
