Slooooow load and busted theme

  • Hi everyone,

    my blog is at https://www.perfectlyturbulent.com and its super slow. I would love to know how to back up ALL of my files and posts etc. and move my blog to a different theme which will hopefully increase loading times and fix the bugs that are current giving me a hassle.

    any help would be terrific.
