Search not showing result

    Hello,

    I’m trying to use the search function but it doesn’t really work.

    When I type a title it finishes it for me but when I click on the suggestion it says that it can’t find any faqs while it did show the suggestion and it does exist. When I remove my search (making the bar blanco) it shows all my faqs so i’m not sure whats wrong. I’m using the 7 day trial at the moment till I get it working.

    Do I have to add my faqs to a special group or tag them or something for it to work?

    If possible can you provide us a link of your FAQ page and the shortcode you are using on your page please? Are you using any page builder for FAQ search page? If so, can you create a page without page builder and give it a try please.

    We are not using a page builder and we use the following shortcode:

    [ultimate-faq-search]

    We also tried:

    [ultimate-faq-search]

    [ultimate-faqs]

    Hi Inenting,

    If you try to search the word “Hello”, it will show you default post created by WordPress. UFAQ only searches it’s own posts or faqs. When you tried [ultimate-faqs] shortcode, was it showing FAQ list at all or not? It is may be other plugin or current theme is conflicting with UFAQ. To check that you can try disable other plugins and check if it is working. Or you can also try changing your theme to default one for temporary and check issue is still there.
